Connie Stern is the Vice President of Finance at The Associated Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. 

With 17 years of experience at the federation, Connie enjoys using her experience to realize efficiencies across the Baltimore federation and its system of agencies.  She oversees a department providing finance services for federation operations as well as nine operating programs and six agencies.  Past accomplishments include leading our agency-wide system through the selection and current implementation of new accounting software, implementing an automated Accounts Payable system, and creating an environment with open communication and synergy within the finance department.  In her free time, Connie enjoys spending time with family, attending rock music concerts, and reading.
