FedPro is the signature professional development conference for all professionals working at Jewish Federations across North America. This bi-annual conference convenes professionals to learn, share best practices, and foster relationships that strengthen our mission of building flourishing Jewish communities. Be prepared to learn and be appreciated for the work you do through an agenda that combines inspiring talks, lots of cohort interactions, and moments of celebration. There will be networking opportunities throughout the conference that will allow you to connect with colleagues and have fun.
FedPro is for all Federation professionals who would like to invest in their learning and growth and be with others from across the system. We are very excited to be able to offer content for professionals at all levels, including CEOs, senior executives, managers, associates, junior staff and everyone in between. If you are a Federation professional, this conference is for you!
The conference is February 9-11, 2026. The opening session begins at 1:00pm on Monday, February 9th and will conclude at 12:30pm on Wednesday, February 11th. There will be both pre- and post-conference sessions for certain cohorts. Participants in these pre- and post-sessions will be invited to attend these additional sessions.
Unfortunately, no. FedPro is organized as an in-person event and will not be recorded.
Registration fees: $450 for professionals working in Intermediate and Small Federations, Foundations or separate JCRCs and $550 for professionals working in Large and Large Intermediate Federations, Foundations or separate JCRCs.
The fee will increase to $550 for professionals working in Intermediate and Small Federations, Foundations or separate JCRCs after December 5, 2025.

Stay tuned for more information geared for first-time conference attendees as well as any others who would like to get a sneak-peek into the conference before attending. We will be holding live Zoom calls in January 2026 to prepare.
Business casual. The meetings rooms are often well-cooled so plan accordingly.
The deadline for all cancellations and refunds is Thursday, January 15, 2026. We cannot issue any refunds after this date. All cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee. All cancellations and substitutions MUST be submitted in writing to the FedPro team at events@jewishfederations.org.
All participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from FedPro. When making travel arrangements, please keep the following in mind:
FedPro officially begins on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 1:00pm and will conclude on Wednesday, February 11 at 12:30pm. On Monday morning, certain cohorts will hold additional meetings and following the conference, other cohorts will hold additional meetings. Participants in these cohorts will be invited to attend the sessions.
The closest airport to the conference hotel is the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The airport is approximately 20-30 minutes from the hotel.
You will be directed to the hotel site after you have completed your registration for FedPro. JFNA has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $299/night plus taxes and fees. We urge you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The deadline to book a room as part of our group hotel block is Friday, January 16, 2026, or when the contracted room block is filled. After the earlier of this date or when the room block capacity is reached, rates and availability are subject to the hotel’s discretion.
Your confirmation will be emailed directly from the hotel once you have completed booking your stay from the link on the Hotel page. You will need to retain this confirmation number to make any changes to your reservation.
Hotel bookings must be cancelled directly with the hotel in accordance with the hotel’s policy. Hotel reservations can be cancelled with no fee up to 72 hours prior to check-in. For cancellations within 72 hours, the hotel will retain a one-night deposit.
Please see the schedule for more information. Beginning with dinner on Monday evening, all meals will be provided and are kosher. The conference will conclude on Wednesday, February 11 at 12:30pm. Grab-and-go snacks will be offered.
All food included in the registration cost is kosher. Click HERE for a list of some of the kosher restaurants. Please note that the kosher restaurants are a 20 to 30-minute drive from the hotel.

There will be a conference app to keep us connected before, during, and even after FedPro. The app will be available closer to the conference, and we will be communicating when it is available to download.
Short answer – yes! FedPro aims to create a culture of belonging for all conference participants. Together, we will strive to assume a posture of empathy and equity at every opportunity. Belonging has been woven into the processes, curation, and content of the conference.

Morning and evening Jewish prayer services will be offered throughout the conference. Whether this is part of your daily ritual practice, or something you are interested in exploring, we welcome your participation. See the schedule for more information on morning and evening prayer services.
Yes! Private space will be available within the conference area.

If you are interested in obtaining Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits through NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy), please follow these instructions:
- Participation Confirmation: Ensure you have attended the FedPro conference sessions and activities in their entirety. CPE credits are typically awarded based on your participation, so make sure to be present for the entire event.
- Survey Questions: Be sure to answer the short survey at the end of the session on the mobile app. We will be able to keep track of the sessions you attend, including the session titles, dates, and times. This information will be needed when we report your CPE credits.
- Request a Certificate: Certificates of attendance will be available upon request. Check with Rebecca Shimshak at Rebecca.shimshak@jfna.org to provide you with a certificate of attendance that specifies the number of CPE credits earned.
Yehuda Gershonovitz, Director of Security, is in constant communication with local police, the FBI, and the Secure Community Network to set up safety protocols and to make sure that the conference will be secure and safe from start to finish. You will need a government issued photo and badges are required to access all conference sessions and the hotel area.
