Jim has spent the past 29 years working to support Non-Profit organizations worldwide in their fundraising and engagement efforts through better use of technology. Since joining Microsoft Tech for Social Impact in 2021, Jim has focused on leveraging Microsoft technologies, including D365, Power Platform and now OpenAI to help charities further their missions and do more with less.  Jim has a BA in English Literature and an MBA. He lives in Charleston, SC.
