Shani Wilkes is the Associate Vice President, Research and Evaluation at Combined Jewish Philanthropies.

In her role, she sets the organizational research and evaluation priorities, ensures that CJP’s community-wide priorities are developed using the strongest data and metrics, and builds robust measurement and evaluation systems, focused on collecting data to assess and understand the impact and efficacy of CJP's strategies. Shani has over 15 years of experience in research and evaluation, including community-based prevention and intervention programs, K-12 education, afterschool programs, and criminal justice interventions. Shani graduated from Georgia State University and holds a master’s degree in educational psychology from the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development at New York University.
