Erica Bloom

Senior Director of Community Connections, Jewish Connection Network, Baltimore

Erica Bloom is the Senior Director of Community Connections at The Macks Center for Jewish Connections, an agency of The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore.

Erica oversees the expanding Connectors program, a peer engagement model that builds community and increases Jewish engagement for people in varying life stages, demographics, and special interests throughout our diverse Baltimore Jewish community. With a passion for building strong relationships, Erica helps manage our group of Community Connectors and VolunTeams. Erica earned her Master's of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and Bachelors from York College of Pennsylvania. When she's not empowering connections, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, soaking in live music, and savoring delicious meals with her husband, two sons, and dog.
