Ben Schindler

Managing Director, National Young Leadership Cabinet, Jewish Federations of North America

Ben Schindler is the Managing Director, National Young Leadership Cabinet, at Jewish Federations of North America. Ben and the Cabinet team partner with Professionals and Lay Leaders from across the Federation system to engage volunteers in their 30s and 40s and support their growth as leaders and philanthropists as we work toward the goal of strong leadership in every community.

Previously, Ben served as Chief of Program for Moving Traditions, where he was instrumental in implementing an organization-wide strategic plan and leading engagement growth. Trained as an attorney, Ben worked as a consultant at PwC following law school and has been involved as a community leader in his civic association and neighborhood school.

He lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Becky, and their two children.
