Elle Henig is the Manager, International Experiences at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.

She began her career in her hometown of Toronto, Canada, as a paralegal in family law. After relocating to the United States, Elle transitioned from the legal world and has held key positions at prestigious organizations. These include her role as the Manager of Artist Services with the world-renowned Cleveland Orchestra, and her subsequent position as General Manager, Corporate Center at AE Works, an award-winning building design firm in Sewickley, PA. 

Elle credits her passion for international operations to a gap year program in Israel that ignited her interest in global perspectives and cultural engagement. Many years later, she is now dedicated to helping the Cleveland community access these life-changing Jewish opportunities. Elle holds an Associate’s Degree in paralegal studies and will graduate in December 2023 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and a minor in Nonprofit Administration from Cleveland State University. Outside of her professional life, Elle can be found relaxing at her home nestled in the Chagrin Valley, with her partner and three beloved pets.
