Rebecca serves as the Senior Director of Executive Recruitment for the Jewish Federations of North America, where she is developing strategy for the Federation system’s talent recruitment and pipeline.

She holds a background in consulting, relationship building and networking bridging. Rebecca most recently served as the Teen Education and Engagement Consultant and New York Teen Initiative Project Director at the Jewish Education Project. In this capacity she directed the Jewish Education Project's mental health and wellness offerings, provided network and cohort based professional development support, coached both the leadership of national youth serving organizations and youth and congregational educators, and directed the incubation of immersive summer experiences.

She previously served as an Associate Program Officer for Legacy Heritage Fund and the Nachshon Project, and the Area Director for the NY/CT region of Jewish Student Connection. Rebecca was the inaugural BA/MA candidate for the Hornstein Program for Jewish Professional Leadership at Brandeis University. She holds a certificate in Jewish Philanthropy from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University and the M2 Senior Educators Cohort for Experiential Education.Rebecca currently resides in Closter, NJ with her husband, Rabbi Jeremy Ruberg, their two children.
