Gail Berger is an experienced educator, executive coach and leadership development expert who is passionate about helping leaders and teams achieve their goals and improve their performance and effectiveness. 

She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Management & Organizations and the Deputy Director, Center for Executive Women at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  She also teaches at the university in the McCormick School of Engineering and the School of Communication. 
  
Gail’s expertise is in the areas of talent development and assessment, conflict resolution, organizational culture, and team dynamics.  Gail blends her background in education, business, and psychology to create a powerful approach to team building, leadership development, and executive coaching. Gail received a Ph.D. from Northwestern University in Management and Organizations. She also has a B.A./B.S. in Psychology and Elementary Education from Boston University and a M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision from Loyola University. She holds several certifications, including Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architect and Voices 360, Hogan, Devine, Leadership Versatility Index 360, and Conflict Dynamics Profile, and she is certified in Executive Coach Training.
