For over 30 years, Fran Sepler has been advising organizations on how to build cultures characterized by safety, fairness, and respect. She is a nationally recognized consultant, investigator, author, and content creator who has contributed groundbreaking models and programs to workplace training, culture change and employment investigations. Fran works in industry, government, higher education, and the nonprofit sector, adapting and licensing her proprietary “Respect in the Workplace” and “Leading for Respect” trainings, conducting workplace cultural assessments, and advising on protocol and practices for complaint handling, investigations and organizational response to incivility, abusive behavior and unlawful behavior.
