Deborah Diamond is a marketing executive with over 25 years of experience driving brand growth, engagement, and revenue across both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, spanning media, sports, hospitality, consumer brands, and entertainment. 

She serves as Chief Marketing Officer at the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ, leading marketing efforts supporting one of the largest Jewish philanthropic organizations in New Jersey and among the largest Federations in the country. Deb oversees marketing strategies across advocacy, philanthropy, community security initiatives, Israel and global partner communities, and community engagement events, strengthening visibility, engagement, and campaign growth. In her current role, she has worked closely with talent and thought leaders including Modi Rosenfeld, Rachie Shnay, and Dr. Mijal Bitton to deepen community engagement and expand audience reach. 

Throughout her career, Deb has led marketing, communications, and fundraising strategies mobilizing donor engagement, including efforts supporting October 7 hostage release advocacy and communications related to the Israel-Iran war. In previous roles, she drove high-impact campaigns and experiential initiatives tied to major global franchises and events, including The Walking Dead series, SpongeBob SquarePants, WWE, UFC, the Madrid and Miami Opens, Paris Olympics hospitality programming, and Super Bowl hospitality. 

Deb’s leadership experience also includes roles at William Morris Endeavor/TKO, AMC Networks, Food Network, FOX, Nickelodeon, and Showtime, where she built campaigns and strategic partnerships while collaborating with talent including John Cena, Guy Fieri, Ariana Grande, Will Ferrell, Frances Tiafoe, Lindsey Vonn, Kid Rock, and Cowboy Cerrone. 

Deb resides in New Jersey with her children, Ethan and Grace, and enjoys working out, mentoring, and binging television shows in other languages.
