Jessica Bozek
Vice President of Older Adults & Jewish Services, Jewish Family & Children's Service
Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field. She joined JFCS over a decade ago as the Director of the Older Adult Behavioral Health program and Aleinu Coordinator. In this capacity, she has provided critical support to low-income older adults, ensuring they receive essential clinical care and services to maintain their quality of life. Jessica holds extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She has been instrumental in mentoring her team of clinicians, supporting them in obtaining independent licensure and fostering professional growth. In addition to her leadership role, Jessica spearheads the Jewish Community and Response Team (JCRT), coordinating annual trauma and crisis trainings and providing on-the-ground support during crises in Jewish organizations across Maricopa County.
