AnnaLea Arnold brings over a decade of nonprofit leadership and corporate consulting experience focused on representation, inclusion, and relationship-building across diverse communities. In her role at JFEDLA, she leads initiatives that strengthen connections across racial, ethnic, and religious groups, advancing meaningful intergroup and interfaith collaboration throughout Los Angeles. These include JFEDLA’s Civic Partners and United Leaders Project. 

Previously, AnnaLea consulted at NBCUniversal, overseeing community partnerships and professional development programs across film, television, and animation. She also served as Executive Director of the Alliance of Women Directors, where she doubled membership, expanded studio partnerships, and launched new professional development initiatives. In addition, she has advised senior leadership teams at Fortune 500 companies on representation, diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies across global entertainment, retail, pharmaceutical, and consumer brands. 

She holds a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from the USC Marshall School of Business and is known for building trust across difference and translating values into action.
