As an Audit Principal, David’s extensive experience with nonprofit entities encompasses audits of Foundations and several Jewish Federations. David also works with several non profit entities in compliance with GAAS and OMB Uniform Guidance requirements in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (“The Yellow Book”), as well as assurance, tax compliance, and management advisory services. He performs federal and state single audits for nonprofit organizations and works in many employee benefit plan audit engagements.  

Additionally, David has experience working with clients in other various industries, including aviation, closely held entities, franchises, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, and wholesale/distribution. 

He has been in practice since 1994 specializing in audits of small and medium size businesses and nonprofit organizations both domestically and abroad. David’s dedication to his clients has resulted in a stellar reputation for his personalized service and timely detection of potential threats.
