Robyn Samuels

Executive Director of Finance, UJA-Federation of New York

Robyn Samuels is currently the Executive Director of Finance at UJA-Federation of New York. In this role, she provides leadership for non-accounting finance and financial oversight activities and programs at UJA-Federation. These include a multiple-employer defined benefit retirement plan, a risk management program includes a captive insurance company, and business continuity planning and management.  

Robyn has extensive experience in the for-profit world, having previously managed and overseen portfolios of private investments, evaluated follow-on and co-investment opportunities, conducted due diligence, and negotiated and structured deals. 

As a lay leader she was Treasurer and Member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of Manhattan Day School and currently serves as a Board Member for NJY Camps. 

She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Barnard College of Columbia University.
