Gregory D. Metzger, CFPA®, NQPA®, AIF®, is a Partner Search Practice Leader at North Pier Search Consulting, where he advises foundations, endowments, and nonprofit institutions on investment governance, OCIO, and consultant selection, and fiduciary best practices. With a 40-year career in institutional investment consulting—including senior leadership roles at Kwasha Lipton, Towers Perrin, Ernst & Young, and The Wyatt Company—he has led hundreds of search and evaluation engagements representing tens of billions in assets. 

Gregory is deeply engaged in Jewish communal life as an educator, mussar instructor, and chaplain, and has served organizations including American Jewish World Service, American Jewish University, LimmudLA, and served as a  Jewish chaplain in prisons and jails across California. His work in Jewish service has been recognized by the U.S. Congress and local government for community leadership and impact.
