Young Professionals & Families Manager, Business & Professionals Manager, and Corporate Philanthropy Manager, Jewish Federation & Foundation of Northeast Florida

Charles Miller is the Young Professionals & Families Manager, Business & Professionals Manager, and Corporate Philanthropy Manager at the Jewish Federation & Foundation of Northeast Florida. In his role, he partners closely with volunteer lay leaders to design and execute high-impact engagement, leadership development, and fundraising initiatives that strengthen Jewish communal life. 

Charles oversees signature programs including Young Professionals & Families engagement, the Bridges Leadership Development Initiative, Business & Professionals programming, and large-scale fundraising efforts such as Super Sunday and major community events. He is deeply passionate about cultivating authentic, trust-based lay/pro relationships and empowering volunteers as true partners—from first connection through complex collaboration. 

A Jacksonville native, Charles brings a relational, values-driven approach to his work, with a focus on leadership development, stewardship, and building inclusive pathways for engagement and philanthropy.
