Jake Taylor is a futurist and systems strategist who helps organizations navigate the accelerating intersection of technology, systems and the human factor. Jake guides executives through the practical adoption of emerging technologies including AI, digital twins, simulation environments, and advanced data decisions focusing on helping organizations move from reactive operations to predictive, resilient, and intelligence‑driven systems. 

Jake applies behavioral insight and systems design combined with an advanced understanding of emerging technologies to help enterprises adopt predictive analytics, optimize operations, and enhance safety and satisfaction across the enterprise — not relegated to the IT department. His work includes contribution to global digital policy development through the United Nations’ United for Smart Sustainable Cities (U4SSC) initiative, where he supports the emerging Digital Development Goals. His role at The Connective centers on translating complex technological capabilities into actionable frameworks that strengthen communities, institutions, and the people they serve throughout the public sector.
