Lindsay Hirsch
Vice President of the Mandel Center for Leadership Development, Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County
Lindsay Hirsch serves as the Vice President of the Mandel Center for Leadership Development at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, where she excels in sustaining a robust leadership pipeline and managing high-quality community training programs focused on advancing Jewish leadership. With expertise in professional and volunteer relations, leadership, and team building, she collaborates closely with community partners to cultivate leaders and strengthen Talent Development in the area. Lindsay holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Norwich University and a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from Florida State University. She is actively involved in her community as the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors at Temple Beth Am in Jupiter and serves on the Executive Committee for the Board of Hillel at Florida State University. In January 2025, Lindsay became a fellow, Cohort 6, through the Mandel Institute for Nonprofit Leadership’s Executive Leadership Program. She and her husband reside in Palm Beach Gardens with their twins and two French Bulldogs.
