Susie Sorkin

Susie Sorkin is committed to helping non-profits, and the communities they serve, flourish, with deep experience in organizational leadership, marketing, non-profit governance, strategic planning and development, After serving on the San Francisco Federation board for many years in multiple roles, Susie recently joined the Bay Area JCRC board and the JPAC (Jewish Public Affairs Committee of California as Vice Chair. She is also proud to serve on the JFNA Board, their Israel & Overseas committee (chairing the Designated Allocations Task Force) and to have served on the Israel Emergency Response Committee. Susie is also a proud member of the National Women’s Philanthropy board. She has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1983, after growing up in Chicago. She and her husband, Rich, have grown twins who both live in NYC. In addition to her philanthropic activities, Susie enjoys walking/running (more like jogging), yoga, painting, reading and traveling.
