Lisa Hacker
Director of Philanthropic Planning, Jewish Federation of Cincinnati
Lisa Hacker brings over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and philanthropy within diverse Jewish communities. As Director of Philanthropic Planning at Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, Lisa provides leadership for several initiatives and programs with responsibility for Donor-Advised Funds, Endowment, Legacy Giving, Transformational Giving, and next-gen philanthropy, including the development and launch of Cincinnati’s first Atid cohort. Lisa grew up in Cleveland and earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Cincinnati and a graduate degree in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Cleveland State University. Bridging communities across Cincinnati, Chicago, and Cleveland, she began her career at The Manuel D. and Rhoda Mayerson Foundation in Cincinnati, served as Development Director for Friends of the IDF in Chicago, and held several Development leadership positions including Director of Women’s Philanthropy and Senior Director of Annual Campaign at Jewish Federation of Cleveland before returning to Cincinnati in 2024. Lisa is a proud Lion of Judah and legacy donor to support the Cincinnati and Cleveland Jewish communities and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys hosting dinner parties for family and friends, volunteering and mentoring, traveling, and Mahjong.
