Suzanne Boué

Suzanne Boué is a seasoned nonprofit executive recognized for strengthening missiondriven organizations through strategic financial leadership, operational excellence, and a peoplecentered approach to organizational culture. She currently serves as the Chief Financial & Operating Officer of the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston, where she oversees critical functions that advance the Federation’s impact across the community.
With a career spanning senior roles in nonprofit management, higher education, and community institutions, Suzanne has led transformative initiatives as Chief Operating Officer for The Church of St. John the Divine and as Director of Alumni Engagement at Rice University. Her early leadership experiences at the Chicago Botanic Garden and the March of Dimes further shaped her datainformed, relationshipdriven approach to growth and stewardship.
In addition to her executive work, Suzanne is the cofounder and Principal of Game Plan Management, Ltd., where she has spent more than a decade coaching professionals in communication, leadership, and career development. She holds a B.A. from Rice University and an M.S. in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
