Lindsey Wade serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, where she oversees strategy, business operations, and organizational culture. A results-driven leader, with over 19 years of nonprofit experience, she excels at leading teams, optimizing systems, and strengthening community impact. Her strengths-based approach is rooted in collaboration, communication, developing others and mission driven impact. A proud Indiana University alum, active community volunteer and super-fan, Lindsey shows her Cincinnati spirit as a proud Bengals fan.
