Audra Berg
President and CEO, Jewish Federation of Broward County
Audra Berg brings more than 25 years of experience in the Jewish Federation system to her role as President & CEO of the Jewish Federation of Broward County, where she is leading a transformative chapter for one of the largest Jewish communities in North America. Since assuming leadership four years ago, Audra has strengthened the Federation’s organizational infrastructure and nearly doubled its financial resource development capacity. Her work has focused on sharpening the Federation’s value proposition, increasing visibility of its community-wide impact, and cultivating deep, collaborative relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders across Broward County and beyond.
With more than two decades serving in senior positions at the Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago, the Jewish Federations of North America and the 92nd Street Y, Audra is well-positioned to successfully address the Broward Jewish community’s priorities locally, in Israel, and around the world.
A graduate of the University of Florida and a past board chair of JPRO, Audra is also an alumnus of the Wexner Heritage Program and the Wexner Leadership Program at the Kennedy School at Harvard University.
She is married to Josh Fienberg, and they are the proud parents of two boys—Jonah, a sophomore at Vanderbilt University and Levi, a junior at the David Posnack Jewish Day School. She is also mom to a very cute labradoodle named Kona.
