President & CEO, Jewish Community Partners, Memphis

Laura Linder serves as President & CEO of Jewish Community Partners (JCP) in Memphis, Tennessee, a position she has held since 2013. JCP provides management services to two large Memphis non-profit organizations, Memphis Jewish Federation and Jewish Foundation of Memphis, with combined assets of $200 million.  

Laura’s expertise in non-profit management is particularly focused on strategic planning and multi-generational family philanthropy, and since 2001 she has built a community-wide culture of legacy giving.  Today, JCP’s donor advised fund program boasts more than 500 fund holders and millions of dollars granted annually.  

In 2013 Laura’s role grew to include executive leadership of Memphis Jewish Federation, the central planning and convening organization of the Memphis Jewish community since the early 1900’s. Under her leadership Laura raised the profile of the organization, expanded its community planning initiatives, grew its annual campaign and launched several new efforts including a comprehensive community-wide security program.
