Gloria Nilsen

Vice President, Human Resources, Jewish Federations of North America

Gloria has spent her entire career at JFNA, having first joined United Jewish Appeal (national). She subsequently assumed the lead HR role for the newly merged entity, now the Jewish Federations of North America.  She was instrumental in the creation of policies for a blended staff from UJA, CJF, and UIA including workforce planning as well as employee practices, procedures, labor law compliance, and employee benefits. She also handled retirement plans and retiree policies in addition to office space management and security.  She has an MBA from Bernard M. Baruch College and is JFNA’s Vice President of Human Resources.
