Michael Hoffman

President & CEO, Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County

Michael Hoffman serves as President and CEO of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County since 2015, leading strategic efforts to strengthen and advance one of the fastest-growing Jewish communities in North America. With more than 25 years of experience in the Jewish Federation system, he is recognized for his leadership in philanthropic growth, major gift development, and expanding meaningful community engagement. 

Michael has played a central role in deepening partnerships across Palm Beach County, mobilizing significant resources to support local, national, and global Jewish initiatives, and fostering a culture of generosity and connection.  

Previously, he held senior positions at The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore and Jewish Federations of North America. 

Widely acknowledged as one of Palm Beach County’s 100 most influential community leaders, Michael serves on several boards including the Palm Beach Fellowship of Christians and Jews, Leading Edge, and the Harold Grinspoon Foundation. 

He holds an MSW from Yeshiva University and a BA from the University of Cincinnati. Michael and his wife, Naomi, are the proud parents of Mollie and Jonah, both students at the University of Florida.
