Sara Allen is Executive Director of BeWell and Associate Vice President, Community & Jewish Life at Jewish Federations of North America.   

Sara Allen is an all-in team builder with an entrepreneurial spirit and track record of creating lasting impact. She draws on more than two decades in public relations representing cutting-edge global brands such as Skype, Viber and Nintendo, as well as a decade in the Jewish innovation space. Recognized as an impassioned advocate and driving force behind identifying and implementing breakthrough strategies, Sara serves as the Founding Executive Director of BeWell, >span class="NormalTextRun SCXW38791125 BCX0"> mental health initiative of Jewish Federations of North America. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of the Jewish Teen Education and Engagement Funder Collaborative, a philanthropic experiment to create, scale and sustain contemporary approaches to meaningful Jewish teen engagement and growth. Sara earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology at the University of Virgina.
