Rebecca Caspi

Rebecca Caspi is the senior vice president for Israel and Overseas of The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) and director general of its Israel office, a role she has held since 2007. The office manages hundreds of projects, missions, and partnerships, interfaces with the Israeli government, represents North American Jewry to Israeli leaders, and works closely with partners including The Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI) and the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC). Caspi previously served at JDC, where she was the first woman on its global executive team. She holds degrees from Penn, NYU, and Hebrew University.
