
Larry Brooks

Larry Brooks currently serves as the CFO at JFNA. Larry is also the chair emeritus of Repair the World (Repair), an organization that mobilizes Jews and their communities to take action to pursue a just world and to ignite a lifelong commitment to service, and previously served as the CFO of Crisis Text Line (CTL), a mental-health organization at the intersection of empathy and innovation.
Larry additionally previously led the finance team at Endeavor, which supports 1,800+ High-Impact Entrepreneurs that generated over $15 billion in annual revenue and created more than 1.5 million high-quality jobs across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America, and the Middle East. Larry scaled Endeavor to support sustained (5x) operational growth and widespread (22 countries) expansion. He also launched Endeavor Catalyst ($120m AUM), an impact-investment fund through which Endeavor invested in 100+ companies across 20 different countries. Significant exits include Globant (NYSE: GLOB) in Argentina, Yemeksepeti.com (acquired by Delivery Hero $589M, 2015) in Turkey, and Fetchr in the UAE. Larry also advised MatterScale Ventures, an impact-investing fund that launched in 2019.
Larry holds a BA in Near Eastern Studies from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA in Finance and Social Enterprise from Columbia Business School, and a certificate in Facilitation from Georgetown. He and his wife are proud parents of three children
