Anna Freiman, SHRM-SCP, is a strategic and enthusiastic HR and Employee Experience leader.

Anna’s passion for employee engagement leads her work in designing and implementing feedback and results-driven HR strategies. Anna has over 15 years of experience building talent development, total rewards, and engagement programs in dynamic, mission-focused organizations. Anna has held HR leadership and executive roles in several industries, including retail, IT, public health consulting, and currently, at the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington.
