Rebecca Zuck Sowers

Rebecca Zuck Sowers is the Director, Operations and Analytics – Professional Talent, at the Jewish Federations of North America. 

In her role, Rebecca works to provide Jewish Federations with the strategic analysis, data, resources and support they need to be workplaces of excellence. This includes consulting with Federation leadership on how to understand and improve employee experience in their organizations; convening HR focused professionals across Federation sizes for best-practice sharing and learning; and system-wide employee and benefits surveying. Rebecca has spent more than a decade serving the Jewish community through her professional work. During her tenure at Onward Israel, she was responsible for development, recruitment and implementation of a product line of summer internship programs for young adults with a specific focus on industry-driven cohort building. Rebecca graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in communication and a focus in film studies. She is an avid reader, lover of crossword puzzles and the proud owner of a hand-me-down vinyl collection.
