Beverly Woznica
Associate Vice President for Impact and Growth, Jewish Federations of North America
Beverly Woznica serves as the Associate Vice President for Impact and Growth at the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), where she helps Federations across the continent identify their organizational “superpowers” and harness them to build vibrant, resilient futures. A trusted coach, strategist, and champion for communities, Beverly is known for her ability to guide leaders toward bold vision and measurable results.
Over the course of her career, Beverly has trained hundreds of leaders throughout North America and has led more missions to Israel than most people have taken vacations—each one crafted to inspire deep connection, long-term engagement and renewed commitment to the Federation Movement. Prior to joining JFNA, she served as Campaign Director of the Wall Street Division at UJA-Federation of New York, where she oversaw the legendary annual Wall Street Dinner. Under her leadership, the event raised more than $18 million in a single night, and the overall Wall Street campaign grew from $20 million to $30 million annually.
Beverly holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. She loves to travel, read and listen to podcasts, and host family and friends—and her homemade challah has a following of its own.
